We are human and want instant gratification. Because your body may need to detox you may have to use an essential oil consistently to see the results you desire. Like me, some people might have high acidity in their bodies which also makes the essential oils not work as effectively.

Essential Oil Mistake Number 2 – Expecting the same results as someone else. If you have someone tell you that you absolutely have to try an oil that worked for their migraine and when you try it, you do not have the same results. Every person and body is different, therefore, every corrective method could be different. Sometimes it is a trial and error scenario, you can try some oils for a few days because as listed in the mistake above, essential oils don’t always work instantly.

Essential Oil Mistake Number 3 – Thinking you don’t have a support community that has your back. Don’t ever feel that you are alone in the essential oil world. There is a huge group people who have already done the trial and error process. There is a wealth of knowledge out there you can tap into.
